Pickup at lovin' studio

It is possible to pick up lovin' orders at lovin' studio in Lāčplēša street 14 - 302 in working days from 9.00 - 17.00. We will send you an SMS to your phone nr, when your lovin' is ready for pick up. Please note that this is not a casual shop, so please inform us before your appointment by calling +371 29327691!


The deadline for receiving the order depends on the delivery region and address, the working hours of the relevant delivery service, which ensures the delivery of this order and does not directly depend on the Seller.

Goods purchased in the online store are sent in the territory of the Republic of Latvia and Baltic States via Omniva or Latvijas Pasts. Goods purchased outside the Baltic States in the online store are sent via Latvian Post. 

In the territory of Latvia, the price of delivery service is 3 EUR. If you want to receive your lovin' with Omniva, please indicate the preferred pakomate after the check out and payment!

The delivery price to the other European Union member states is 7 EUR

The Delivery to the rest of the world is 10 EUR.

Delivery with Omniva is ensured within 1 - 5 working days after sending the order. Delivery by Latvijas Pasts is provided within 3-17 working days after sending the order. 

The Order is delivered to the Customer or the person specified in the Order as the recipient of this Order to the address indicated as the receiving address.In cases when the Goods have not been delivered to the Customer due to the fault of the employees of the lost postal (courier) service, the Seller shall reimburse the value of the paid goods and delivery to the Customer only after the Seller has received a confirmation or compensation from the postal service. 

The Seller is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the Goods caused by the service action of the selected supplier without timely delivery of the Goods. If the Customer has not received his order in the territory of the Republic of Latvia within 30 days from the date of shipment, the Seller shall be informed thereof by sending information to e-mail, indicating the number of his order and the date of its execution. 


Before returning the product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail

The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Product within 14 days of receipt. Return of the product is possible only if the product retains its appearance, consumer properties, its original packaging and labeling. According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the Product from the Customer if the Product is not returned in the original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged or even slight signs of use of the product are noticeable.

The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Product if an industrial defect has been found or the Product has changed color or deformed after gentle washing (following the care instructions). When returning the Product in its original appearance or if an industrial defect is found for the Product, the Customer may exchange it for an analogous Product or receive a refund. Delivery costs are covered by the Seller in case the Product has had an industrial defect. If the Customer wishes to receive back the paid money, it will be transferred to the account from which the purchase was made, within 30 working days after receiving the goods back to the Seller.

For hygienic reasons, the Customer cannot return the Panties to the Seller.

However, the team of SIA Lovin believes that almost any uncertain situation can be resolved, therefore in case of uncertainty, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller by e-mail

The seller reserves the right not to change or refund the amount paid for individually tailored goods and orders.
